The Valleys has the facilities, equipment and staff to assist you to improve your total health and wellbeing. Our friendly staff provide a relaxed, non intimidating environment and are committed to helping you to achieve your goals.

Membership Options
As previously mentioned The Valleys offers everything your family needs to develop and maintain an active and healthy lifestyle, through offering a range of memberships to suit your needs. They are as follows:
Premium Membership 3, 6, 12 months or direct debit
Value Membership 1, 3, 6 or 12 months or direct debit
Membership Categories
Premium members have access to the indoor pool sessions, outdoor swimming pool during the summer swimming season, full use of the gymnasium and cardio equipment and free usage of the squash courts. Courts will not be available during pennant competition games and Junior development/training sessions. Each premium member receives a free initial gym program and program renewals, also access to the group fitness classes.
Value members have full access to the gymnasium and cardio equipment. Each Value member receives a free initial gym program to assist them in getting started and program renewals to keep them motivated along the way. Members can take part in any of the group fitness classes at no extra cost. (aqua aerobics not included)
Minimum Age
In the interest of health and safety family members using the gymnasium must be over 12 years of age and comply with the following conditions:
- A pre - exercise questionnaire must be completed by the parent or legal guardian of the junior
- All juniors must have an age appropriate gym program written for them by a qualified instructor who is an employee of The Valleys Lifestyle Centre
- Juniors are not permitted to participate in any weight based group fitness classes
Admission & etiquette
Staff reserve the right to refuse entry to any person, including members and have the right to cancel memberships without warning or notice. Staff have the right to exit users, visitors and/or members from The Valleys for inappropriate behaviour that may be deemed threatening or harassing, for inappropriate use of equipment or behaviour that is perceived to cause risk to equipment or other users, visitors and/or members within the facility.
All users of the facility must comply with The Valleys guidelines, conditions of use and policies.
NB Members are responsible for ensuring their memberships are kept current. Members will only be permitted access to the facility if their membership is current or by paying the casual entry fee. Free admission will not be granted under any circumstances.
Payment options
The Valleys provides the following two payment options:
1) upfront payment for the total amount payable. This may be paid by cash, cheque, or eftpos
2) direct debit payments, where a set fortnightly amount is automatically transferred from your nominated account
Direct Debit
- any merchant, fortnightly and/or set up fees incurred through the use of direct debit payments on credit card accounts are additional to The Valleys membership fees
- Direct debit memberships that are cancelled within the first 4 months will incur a $100.00 exit fee

We also offer a casual visit price and 10 visit pass. There is no expiry on 10 visit pass and may also be used for group fitness sessions, including aqua aerobics.

Cancellation and/or suspension of memberships
It is not normal policy of The Valleys Lifestyle Centre to offer cancellation, transfer, suspension or refund of any memberships fees. However, consideration may be given to individual cases and any extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of the Valleys. It should be noted that any approved membership cancellations may incur a $100.00 exit fee.

Creche
The Valleys recognises the demands of parenting and so provides a creche. There is a gold coin donation (bookings taken 1 week ahead) to give busy mums and dads an opportunity to participate in some of the fitness and leisure activities offered at the Centre. The creche has a maximum capacity of 10 children per session, so bookings are essential. The Creche is available Monday to Friday 9am - 12am.
