The application may be examined at the Clare & Gilbert Valleys Council Offices located at 4 Gleeson Street, Clare during normal business hours (an appointment is recommended), and any person or body may make relevant representations in writing concerning this application to reach the Chief Executive Officer at 4 Gleeson Street, Clare not later than 5pm Thursday 19 December 2019.
Each person making a submission should indicate whether that person wishes to appear personally or be represented by another party before the Council Assessment Panel in support of that submission.
Please note that, pursuant to Section 38(8) of the Development Act, a copy of each representation received will be forwarded to the applicant for a written response.
