Draft Annual Business Plan and Budget for 2020/21 incorporating a review of the Draft Long Term Financial Plan 2020/21 to 2029/30 Public Consultation
Council is in the process of determining its budget program for the 2020/21 financial year. As part of this process Council has prepared a Draft Annual Business Plan and Budget incorporating a review of the Draft Long Term Financial Plan 2020/21 to 2029/30 for public consultation to enable feedback prior to formal consideration by Council and subsequent adoption of the final program for 2020/21.
You are therefore invited to consider and provide comment on the Draft Annual Business Plan and Budget for 2020/21 and Draft Long Term Financial Plan 2020/21 to 2029/30

Community members who register to do so, will be able to present verbally to Council via the electronic meeting process during a period of time allocated at the Special Council Meeting on Monday 13 July 2020. To register please email firstname.lastname@example.org to be received by Noon on Monday 13 July.
Comments in writing will be received until 5.00 pm on Wednesday 8 July 2020 addressed to “4 Gleeson Street, CLARE SA 5453” and can also be submitted by email to email@example.com

A Special Meeting of Council will be held on Monday 13 July 2020 to consider the submissions received on the Draft Annual Business Plan & Budget commencing at 7.00 pm.
It is proposed that the Draft Annual Business Plan & Budget 2020-2021 will be adopted on Wednesday 15 July 2020.
