Online Registration for Registered Real Estate Agents or Conveyancers can request a Section 7 Search or a Rates Search from this page.
Pricing for Searches (from 1 July 2022):
- Full Search $63.75
- Rates Search $37.25
Pricing for Searches (from 1 July 2023):
- Full Search $66.75
- Rates Search $39.00
If you experience issues with ordering an online Search, please forward your request via email to development@cgvc.sa.gov.au
IMPORTANT:
Please upload the Certificate of Title here
Please login below at the User Login which enables Searches to be ordered and paid for.
Rate Search – complete details and click Submit to proceed to payment, once completed Council will receive your request for processing.
