Why is becoming a volunteer important?

In South Australia there are almost one million volunteers whose contribution is valued at around $5 billion annually.

Beyond the immense dollar value of our volunteers, becoming a volunteer is a rewarding way to help your community.  There are many opportunities to volunteer in the Clare & Gilbert Valleys region. Volunteering provides a great opportunity to socialise and benefit your community.

There is a great variety of volunteer organisations within the Clare & Gilbert Valleys that would welcome your support. These cater for a variety of interests for both young and old.
