If your property is due for septic de-sludging as part of the council schedule (covered in your Rates if your property is connected to council’s CWMS), you will receive a letter in the coming week. Please check your letterboxes, PO Boxes, and email (including your spam/junk folder).
If you are a tenant or a landlord, please inform the other relevant party (tenant or property manager) when you receive the letter in order for the tank to be prepared for pump-out.
To assist in ensuring a smooth service, please call Jury's Liquid Waste on (08) 8563 9190 Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 4:00pm to confirm your tank is accessible, exposed, and ready for servicing.
